I am a 40 year old woman who lost 20 pounds of fat in few months by using mini trampoline. You also dont have to worry about the space to use mini trampolines as you can use it anywhere inside the house and also during the summer time you can easily carry it to the beach and use it there. The mini is of perfect size than other trampoline sizes - 12ft trampolines or other sizes.
If you are really looking to loose weight and get results then you will have to follow a strict exercise routine and use it regularly. If used properly it will definitely reduce the stress you generate on your body through various other activities and produces noticeable results. The good thing about the trampolines is that no matter what age you are you can use it. I have made a schedule for my kids to use it as well after school as it can be used as fun activities as well as exercising.
